Each step is a contract. Sensor readings get cryptographically signed and chain-linked. Anyone holding an audit pack can verify it on their own computer — no Zoplis server contact required, no trust in any single party required.

Sensors send physical readings — temperature, pressure, flow, weight, vibration, image events. RS485, Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA. Up to 192 sensors per DataBox.

Edge processing applies threshold rules in real time. Anomalies trigger alerts. Sub-second sampling. Works offline — 30 days no network, no data lost.

Lock
Each reading gets ECDSA P-256 signature, Merkle hash chain, and RFC 3161 timestamp. Tamper one record — the chain breaks visibly. Industrial black-box recorder.

Verify
Audit packs export to USB or email. Auditors verify on their own computer with offline Python — no Zoplis contact required. The math holds even if Zoplis disappears.
